While we were out yesterday, my peonies went from buds to blooms! I was quite surprised when I looked outside last night

Pickering Regatta

Our team went to the Pickering Dragon Boat Club Regatta on the weekend. Stinkin' hot out. We didn't do as well as last year (top time was 2:18, vs 2:11 last year, practically a whole boat length - LOTS of injuries in the past 2 weeks), but still managed to pull out a 2nd place win in the C - Championship division. We can only go up from here!
