Oil Slick

We went to Canadian Tire last night for an oil change... or two..

Thanks Canadian Tire.
The General Manager was so rude to us (you know, we're totally putting him out by him having to talk to us about his staff's mistake), right from the moment he approached... already on the defensive and not a word had been said. DH only asked for something to clean the oil off our driveway with and the guy refused to give him anything! Guess our business isn't worth the $9.99 we paid for the cleaning stuff... heck, he could have given us some of the stuff they use to clean the auto shop with in a zip lock bag and that would have done the trick... but nope. I mean, that was the least he could have done to make up for the mistake caused by his staff member who has a seemingly difficult time with screwing and perhaps tightening an oil plug.

Here's where the first oil change ended up... looks like we've been driving an old rust bucket, not a 2007 Mazda 6...

That's horrible. Your story just adds to my belief about not going to CT for anything related to cars.

Feh... just ridiculous. Hope you were able to get it cleaned up even though you didn't get any help!
